Runya: These kind of things happen when Literature students brains get consumed by their study texts. =_=
Well, Literature students who are (at the same time) insane POT freaks/worshippers.
And it all started with a single comment of Lord Henry reminds me of the Oshitari dude. *dead*
Characters : Shishido, Oshitari, and Ohtori from Prince of Tennis, rightfully owned by Konomi-sensei. They are supposedly Basil Hallward, Lord Henry Wotton and Dorian Gray respectively. And we hereby declare that this is entirely spawned off from crazy fangirls, with absolutely no intention of ruining any reputation of the wonder that is Oscar Wildes classic novel, The Picture of Dorian Gray. Lovely, lovely book. ^___^
Sketched out in pencil, inked and then CGed. Took approximately half a day for the sketching (and brainstorming of outfits) and another day for CGing. >__>
Amsdia: There will be another CGed version posted by me later on [when I decide to stop being lazy and finish it] so watch out for that! It'll be in a rather different style; hopefully you'll like it.
Ehehe! This is STUNNING! And such an interesting style for Photoshop! Looks almost like watercolor. I'm totally drooling over Yuushi's coat lol. xD (It doesn't hurt that it's based on my favorite book of all time either;
I don't see a whole lot to critique, the style is just so lovely. Ohtori's eyes may be a bit far apart (it's his left that's a bit far from the nose) but it's not bad at all. ^^
That's an...ENLARGED version of the cross. 8D;; Now that I look at it again, its quite a freaky accessory, lol. *doesn't know what has gotten into her mind*
Oshitari DOES look so much like a hedonist, doesn't he? XD
As for Tori~ There's a reason for it. Perhaps saying that this picture is set before Dorian fell into decadence will make it more logical? 'Cause Tori has a bigger capacity for corruption...though I agree Atobe pwns the world with his ego >_>;;
